The material of plastic drag chain is PA66, which has high melting point in polyamide material, and still has hygroscopicity after molding. The raw material is translucent or opaque opal crystalline polymer, which has plasticity. Its density is 1.15g/cm3, melting point is 252 ℃, thermal decomposition temperature is more than 350 ℃, continuous heat resistance is 80-120 ℃, equilibrium water absorption rate is 2.5%. It can resist corrosion of acid, alkali, most inorganic salt solution, haloalkanes, hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, etc. It has excellent wear resistance, self lubrication and high mechanical strength.
According to the different requirements for the use of plastic drag chain, the reinforced nylon with corresponding proportion is used.
